Thistle Dew LLC is a small indoor veteran owned farm located in Marblehead, Ohio that grows microgreens for local distribution. Microgreens are the young seedlings of vegetables and herbs harvested just after germination when the cotyledons (seed leaves) emerge. Some microgreens are harvested a bit later at the true leaf stage when the leaves are identifiable as belonging to a specific plant.

Our Microgreens are packed with nutrition and flavor. These young plants contain more nutrients per gram than their mature counterparts, making them a great addition to any meal.
